New Spider-Man 3 Report Says Everybody’s Home!

Have you heard the new title, Spider-Man 3 Everybody’s Home? Ok, that title is a lie, but it doesn’t seem like it’s very far from the truth either. Yesterday some some Spider-Man 3 rumors proven correct as Alfred Molina is back as Doc Ock for the movie. However, after this story broke, the folks at Collider went one further, and told us everyone’s back.

Specifically Collider says that Andrew Garfield will return as Peter Parker. Tobey Maguire is in talks to return also, though that appears not to be sealed as yet. Secondly the outlet are sure that Kirsten Dunst is coming back as Mary Jane, and that they think Emma Stone will be confirmed to return as Gwen Stacy. Add this to the news yesterday that Doc Ock will return, and previous confirmation of Jamie Foxx’s return as Electro and what have you got? Spider-Man 3 Everybody’s Home!

I know there are many fans getting excited about this news. A live-action Spider-Verse movie is right up some fans alley.  I am not one of them, and I see the potential for a movie far too stuffed to be any good. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Jamie Foxx’s Electro was rubbish, Alfred Molina was decent as Doc Ock, but it was hardly a mold breaking performance. Garfield’s Parker was too emo, and Tobey Maguire still did those dance movies in Spider-Man 3. I’ve got no interest in seeing all these old timers back. I like where Marvel Studios has gone with Spider-Man so far. I like Holland, Zendaya, Battalon and the rest. Spider-Man 3 no longer sounds like a sequel to Far From Home, it sounds like the Spider-Man Holiday Special.

What do you think of Spider-Man 3 Everybody’s Home? As always leave your thoughts below.
