New Spider-Man: No Way Home Poster Teases Villains, First Look At Green Goblin

That may read like a clickbait title, it's not, as the latest Spider-Man 4 rumors suggest Peter Parker being side lined by Spider- Man.

We are quickly approaching the one-month mark until the release of Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios’ Spider-Man: No Way Home. Since the release of the trailer, we have been hyped for the return of characters like William Dafoe’s Green Goblin and Alfred Molina’s Doctor Octopus. The film looks like it’s going to be absolute madness (but in a good way).

With the release of the film getting closer, the studios have released a brand new poster for Spider-Man: No Way Home. It’s full of goodies for us to look at and look forward to. Check it out below!

Spider-Man: No Way Home

Looks like Tom Holland’s Spider-Man is in big trouble. The first thing we obviously notice is Doc Oct’s arms lunging toward our favorite hero. One exciting reveal here is on the upper right side. While in the trailer we had seen one of Green Goblin’s bombs, we did not see the actual character. But here in the poster, in the distance, we can clearly make out the Green Goblin on his glider. Something that no doubt will have Spider-Man fans excited about.

There are two other characters that may also be featured here as well. The villains’ Electro and the Sandman. The Sandman is from 2007’s Spider-Man 3. Here he is played by Thomas Haden Church. Electro is from 2012’s The Amazing Spider-Man 2 where he was played by Jaime Foxx. That would make the total of villains in the film four. But we know that what we are looking for is six to make up the infamous group from the Spider-Man comic lore. The Lizard and the Vulture have been mentioned before as potential villains that will be making up the Sinister 6. Or maybe a not-so-dead Mysterio.

Whatever the final line-up ends up being, we are all excited to see Spider-Man: No Way Home in December. What did you think of the poster for the film? Let us know what you think in the comment section below!

Sony Pictures/Marvel Studios’ Spider-Man: No Way Home will be in theaters on December 17th, 2021.
