New Spider-Verse Clips Show Miles’ Perfect Life And Him Swinging Through New York

The second I saw the first trailer, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse became one of the most anticipated films of the season for me. Not only was it a superhero movie — and I love my superhero movies — but it was gorgeously animated. You look at it for just a few seconds and it’s clear this is unlike any other animated film out there, which is fantastic for a character who’s been reimagined dozens of times.

The film is only a few days away from its release, and we are being inundated with tons of clips from the film. Obviously, if you want to go in without getting spoiled, the best way to do that will be NOT to watch these clips. However, if you can’t wait to see it in all its 2D/3D/stop-motion hybrid, then you’ll want to check out these clips.

This first one here shows off Miles Morales and his cushy life. He’s off to a new school and is still popular with all his friends from the old one. It’s a nice way to sort of set the stage for things to come.

The next clip is cool in a new way. It looks like it might actually be the final scene of the film. Not sure why they decided to share this one, but it does show off the cool animation for the film.
