The Wonder Woman sequel is shooting now in case you hadn’t heard and the title for this sequel is Wonder Woman 1984. The original movie was certainly one of the few success stories within the DCEU, so there is likely more interest in this sequel, than many other upcoming DCEU movies.

Just Jared has snapped and shared on Twitter a BTS set photo from the production as you can see below.

The Scene shows Gal Gadot’s Diana and Chris Pine’s Steve Trevor fleeing somewhere and hailing a cab. The important part of this, and the thing I still cannot get my head around, is the fact that Steve Trevor is alive and well in 1984. You may remember Steve dying heroically in the first movie. So how has he managed to be in 1984, and yet nowhere to be seen in 2017 when Diana leads the Justice League.

I’d be genuinely interested to hear any theories you readers have about how to bring back Steve Trevor without instantly making a mockery of the first movie. I wasn’t the biggest fan of Wonder Woman, I enjoyed it, but I could not understand what the big fuss about it was, it was above average at best to me. However, I will be sure to check out Wonder Woman 1984 when it hits theaters on November 1, 2019.
