Oh, No! Is The Flash Movie In Trouble Yet Again?

Ezra Miller Is Out After The Flash Is Released!

While the DC Extended Universe has had problem after problem, The Flash is one that really seems to have had the most problems. There have been a handful of directors who have cycled in and out of the project, and at least two different story iterations. At first, it seemed like we’d be getting a standard Flash origin story and later on, DC even called it Flashpoint, a name they have seemingly since abandoned. Heck, at one point, Ezra Miller was even rumored to be fighting to keep his job as the Scarlet Speedster.

However, with IT’s Andy Muschietti now behind the camera as director it seemed as though the project was finally getting momentum. Because it’s The Flash, it looks like we may have another speed bump to overcome. This time, it has to do with Ezra Miller, who has surfaced in an unexpected online video. Check it out down below.

The video appears to show a woman joking around in front of Ezra Miller. Miller. Miller then said “Did you wanna fight?” before grabbing her by the shirt collar and dragging her to the ground. Many outlets have reported that he appeared to be choking her, but it’s a bit difficult to see for sure. The cameraman then says, “Whoa, bro bro bro,” before seemingly coming to the woman’s aid.

I won’t bother trying to speculate what exactly is going on here, nor will I include what the original poster apparently wrote. The reason is because both the Twitter account and Reddit post have deleted said posts, and there is no way for me to independently verify if the person is indeed who they say they are. As such, I would hate to spread any misinformation.

Because the internet is the internet, however, many have gone on to declare the “cancellation” of Ezra Miller. You know how it is. One day you have a beloved figure and the next they do something wrong that is apparently worth ending a career over.

Neither her nor those involved in the video have publicly made any statement about it just yet, so I dare not jump to any conclusion just yet. However, assuming there will be no response, this does seem to be another potential hurdle for The Flash. This was a movie that was supposed to hit back in 2018 but shifted around due to the ever-changing DC landscape — in addition to its own creative problems.

Could this be something that prompts Warner Bros. to drop the actor altogether in the role? As it stands, continuity is not the DCEU’s strong point, so anything is possible. What do you think of the surfaced video? Let us know your thoughts down below!
