The original Iron Man suit from the 2008 movie is missing. Worth over $300K, the suit appears to have been stolen from a Los Angeles prop storage facility. The suit was last seen a few months ago in February, but could not be located in a recent search last month. Another search was conducted a couple days ago and turned up nothing. The LAPD is now involved in the situation.

Perhaps the suit wasn’t stolen after all, and was activated and flew back to its rightful owner in New York City. If thieves are indeed responsible for the suit’s disappearance, I really don’t see their endgame, unless they simply want to keep it. You wouldn’t have much luck selling an item like that without drawing major attention from the people you want to avoid.

Granted, it would be a fantastic conversation piece, but the more you show it off, the more you would be asking for trouble. To me, the most likely suspect is Deadpool, not sure why, but it just seems like something he would do. I am curious to see how this story will end, maybe it will end up being a disgruntled DC fan.
