Peaky Blinders Season 6 Release Date Artfully Revealed

The Peaky Blinders Season 6 release date has been on the minds since the end of Season 5 in 2019. While we continue to wait, the show releases a fun, interactive promotional competition. The Peaky Blinders leave orders for the fans to receive a reward for their hard work. The first two orders leads to some fine reveals.

Order One has local fans in the UK scouring watch shops to find Arthur’s watch. Once found they report back to Instagram the time and receive a code to enter. We received a behind-the-scenes clip with star Cillian Murphy. Order Two has fans dive back into the series to find where Donal Henry meets with the IRA regulars. A great way to get fans re-watching the series (as if we weren’t already!). Solving this clue brings us a page of the script, which was…alright. What we all have been waiting for though is the illusive release date! Finally, it arrives as part of the third mission.

The Third Order reaches out to specific individuals: artists all around the UK who accept the challenge. That leads to the wonderful mural painted in England. And on it? Finally…the release date of February 27!

Now we do have to remember that February 27 is the Peaky Blinders Season 6 release date is for  BBC One. What has happened in the past is that once all of the weekly episodes are on those platforms, it will then be released to Netflix. So, if you cannot find someone with BBC One then it looks like you may be waiting until the end of March/beginning of April to view the final Season of Peaky Blinders.

The online challenges appeared somewhat underwhelming at first, but did lead to the awesome reveal of the release date! I am curious if the challenges will continue leading to the release. Possibly offering fans some hints towards more plot details. Or maybe teases toward the direction of some characters. Regardless, I am going to have to find someone with BBC One!

Are you looking forward to the final season? Are you glad the release date was finally revealed? Leave your thoughts in the usual spot, and thanks for reading!
