I know we cover some important s**t here at LRM Online. Forget about politics, the U.S. impeachment proceedings, the violence in Hong Kong. None of that matters when talking about our favorite film franchise: the Marvel Cinematic Universe. As some of you may know, Disney recently acquired 20th Century Fox, and with it, the X-Men, including one fan-favorite mutant Wolverine, played previously by Hugh Jackman.

But his time as the clawed hero have officially ended, and Disney is likely putting the feelers out for the next incarnation. This past May, we reported on one potential contender: Danny DeVito. I know it sounds crazy, but hear us out. Danny DeVito is an actor who is short, just like Wolverine. And also, the petition to get him cast has passed 50,000 signatures.

It’s only taken several months, but I think we can surmise that this makes DeVito the most qualified to take on the role, especially if he rides the momentum of Jumanji: The Next Level well enough. Sign the signature for yourself HERE and join the revolution.
