Disney and Pixar have released a final trailer for their upcoming animated feature, Coco, which is set to hit theaters later this month.
This is very much the most comprehensive trailer the film has had so far, and is probably the one that will help to ensnare younger audiences. Rather than focusing completely on the tone and visuals of the film, this is very much a plot-heavy one. It shows Miguel’s family, their whole dynamic, and goes deeper into the plot explanations.

Sadly, this may not be the strongest interpretations of what we’ll be getting on screen, but the fact is that most older audiences (like us), were likely already drawn in by now. Now comes the time to get the kids, who will drag the more unwilling parents to the theaters, and this trailer likely accomplishes that task very well.
“Despite his family’s baffling generations-old ban on music, Miguel (voice of newcomer Anthony Gonzalez) dreams of becoming an accomplished musician like his idol, Ernesto de la Cruz (voice of Benjamin Bratt). Desperate to prove his talent, Miguel finds himself in the stunning and colorful Land of the Dead following a mysterious chain of events. Along the way, he meets charming trickster Hector (voice of Gael García Bernal), and together, they set off on an extraordinary journey to unlock the real story behind Miguel’s family history.”
Coco hits theaters on November 22, 2017.
