Some brilliant YouTuber has mashed up two of my favorite things within the world of film, Star Wars, and Quentin Tarantino. The video below gives us a glimpse, albeit a small one into what a Tarantino directed Star Wars film may look like.

Sure, Tarantino’s galaxy far, far away would have much more colorful language and be far more brutal, but it does give off that certain Quentinish vibe, at least to me. You can check out the video below.

Imagine. Just imagine the dialogue that Tarantino would arm these characters with. The conversations between Obi-Wan and Anakin. As well as Palpatine and Anakin. And one of Tarantino’s go-to actors, the legendary Samuel L. Jackson is already part of the story. I can hear it now, “A mutha f****n’ Sith Lord?”

We can’t forget the profanity-laden opening crawl which I assume would set us up for one of the wildest rides we ever had in a theater.

Not long ago, Tarantino was all but confirmed to step into the world of science fiction and bring moviegoers a Star Trek film. Unfortunately, it looks like this wonderful marriage of director and franchise isn’t going to happen. As intriguing as that film would have been, I’d much rather have him play in a galaxy far, far away.

Now my mind into overdrive trying to envision an R-rated Star Wars film, one Written and Directed by Quentin Tarantino.
