Quiver Distribution announced its latest grab. A nail-biter called Cleaner, directed by the action maestro Martin Campbell whose credits include 007’s Casino Royale and GoldenEye. This one’s got all the makings of a high-octane spectacle. It’s set in and around one of the UK’s tallest skyscrapers. The thrills don’t just unfold, they dangle fifty stories above the London skyline. Cleaner hits theaters on February 21, 2025.
Headlining the cast is Star Wars’ Daisy Ridley. Ridley’s been on a hot streak with roles in Young Woman and The Sea and Sometimes I Think About Dying. Clive Owen known for Children of Men, and Valerian joins Ridley. Owen is fresh off his turn in the FX mini-series A Murder at the End of the World.
Here’s the setup: Ridley plays an ex-soldier turned window cleaner. She’s suspended outside the glassy fortress of One Canada Square when all hell breaks loose inside. Owen’s character leads a group of activists aiming to expose an energy company’s dirty dealings during its posh annual gala. Things spiral out of control when a rogue extremist in their midst decides mass murder might be the best way to make a statement. Suddenly, it’s up to Ridley’s high-flying heroics to save 300 hostages and stop the chaos before the building becomes a tomb.

Quiver’s Co-Presidents Berry Meyerowitz and Jeff Sackman are all-in, calling Cleaner “an intense ride featuring some of the most vigorous action sequences we’ve seen in years.” Meanwhile, Campbell himself promises a stomach-churning thrill: “I want the audience to feel like they’re up there with Joey, gripping the edge of their seats—or maybe just gripping anything nearby.”
Quiver’s TJ Smith and Larry Greenberg hammered out the deal , while CAA Media Finance and Louis Balsan at Anton repped the production. As for Ridley and Owen? They’ve got CAA in their corner, with Ridley also backed by Sloane, Offer, Weber & Dern, and Narrative.
