In a comical sense, people’s perceptions of ethics and morality are highly hypocritical in Radu Jude’s Bad Luck Banging or Looney Porn.
The feature narrative film is shown in three acts the beginning with a leaked sex tape from a teacher. Then it enters into a prolonged montage of social commentary of human history. Then the film returns to the teacher’s confrontation with the parents in the community about her future at the school.
The movie stars Katia Pascariu, Claudia Ieremia, Olimpia Malai, and Nicodim Ungureanu. Radu Jude directed the wrote the film.
Here is the official synopsis:
Emi, a schoolteacher, finds her reputation under threat after a personal sex tape is uploaded onto the Internet. Forced to meet the parents demanding her dismissal, Emi refuses to surrender. Bad Luck Banging or Loon Porn is a film loosely connected parts: a walk in the city of Bucharest, then a playful essay on obscenities, all culminating, in the third part, in an incendiary comic confrontation.
