In this hitchhiking thriller Roadkill, Caitlin Carmichael stars. This film is full of twists and turns that’ll keep the audience guessing who the villain and the victim are.

The film also stars Danielle Harris (from the Halloween movies) with Ryan Knudson, Warren Fast, and Trenton Hudson. Fast wrote and directed the movie.

Here is the official synopsis:

Lost while traveling through a rural county in 1983, a young woman crosses paths with a hitchhiker headed to the same destination and offers a ride in exchange for directions. Their journey takes a violent turn when the two are caught up in a police manhunt for a fugitive killer. As victims begin to amass and authorities close in, it becomes a fight for survival on the open road.

LRM Online’s Gig Patta chatted with actress Caitlin Carmichael, who stars as The Driver. She talked about the anticipated twists and turns, gunplay and fight choreography preparations, and doing her stunts.

Caitlin Carmichael started her acting career at the age of three. She is best known for starring as Gretta in BYUtv’s fantasy series Dwight in Shining Armor. Also, she lent her voice in the Disney Junior’s series Doc McStuffins, in which she won the Best Performance in a Voice-Over Role at the 2013 Young Artist Awards. Other projects she appeared in include ABC’s The Good Doctor, CBS’s Young Sheldon, Nickelodeon’s iCarly, HBO’s True Blood, Showtime’s Dexter, and CBS’s Criminal Minds.

Roadkill is in select theaters and will be available digitally on Friday, January 5^th.
