Rob Zombie’s 3 From Hell Poster Sends A Message

While I thought Rob Zombie’s take on Michael Meyers and the Halloween franchise was mediocre, House of 1000 Corpses and The Devil’s Rejects were captivating to me.  The Firefly family were so demented that I couldn’t help but continue to watch to try and figure them out.

“Baby” Firefly (Sheri Moon Zombie) , Otis Driftwood (Bill Moseley), and Captain Spaulding (Sid Haig) all will be making their return in 3 From Hell, which many of us are wondering how they survived the police standoff with “Free Bird” blasting in the background at the end of The Devil’s Rejects.  I’m intrigued to find out. If you haven’t seen the movies and like the horror genre, I would definitely recommend them.  I will warn that they do need more than one viewing.  I remember watching House of 1000 Corpses with my friends in college and thinking, “What the (you fill in the blank) did we just watch?” but it had a weird draw that only Rob Zombie’s mind can create.
