Fresh off the reveal that Void Rivals is Skybound’s first title in their shared Hasbro Universe known as Energon, the second issue has followed suit and sold out at the distributor level. Dropping the Wednesday that San Diego Comic Con started and with the surprise reveal for fans of Transformers and G.I. Joe that Void Rivals #1 contained a cameo of Jetfire, it seems fans are clamoring for all the Energon content they can get. The second printing will be in comic shops on August 16, along with a third printing for the first issue. LOS ANGELES 07/20/2023 — Skybound announced today that Void Rivals #2, the massively anticipated follow up to the blockbuster debut issue of the new comic book series, sold out at the distributor level on the same day it hit comic book shops and will return with a second printing.   Additionally, the second printing of Void Rivals #1 has sold out in comic books shops and will return with a third printing.   From the iconic Oblivion Song team of Robert Kirkman (Invincible, The Walking Dead) and Lorenzo De Felici (Kroma), along with colorist Matheus Lopes (Step by Bloody Step) and letterer Rus Wooton (Fire Power), both new Void Rivals printings will be available on August 16, 2023, the same day Void Rivals #3 arrives in comic book shops.    Void Rivals #1 launched the all-new shared Energon Universe with the surprise first appearance of iconic Transformers character Jetfire. The stealth launch introduced the historic new collaboration between Hasbro, a toy and game company, and Skybound, with Transformers and G.I.
