That is not the case with Billie Eilish’s second record, Happier Than Ever from Darkroom and Interscope Records. With that the GRAMMY Award-winning and chart-topping artist is ready to make her Disney+ debut. Not in a feature film or a series, but a cinematic concert experience titled, Happier Than Ever: A Love Letter To Los Angeles.

This concert experience features all sixteen tracks from Billie Eilish’s new album performed in order. The venue will be the iconic Hollywood Bowl with Gustavo Dudamel and the Los Angeles Philharmonic. They claim that this will be the first and only time this will happen. Along with that, we will be taken on an animated journey through Billie Eilish’s hometown of Los Angeles. You can check out the trailer down below.

This feature is being directed by the critically acclaimed filmmaker Robert Rodriguez and Oscar-winner Patrick Osborne. It will feature FINNEAS, the Los Angeles Children’s Chorus, world-renowned Brazilian guitarist, Romero Lubambo. With Orchestra arrangements by David Campbell.

With Billie Eilish’s Happier Than Ever: A Love Letter To Los Angeles dropping this weekend on Disney+, LRM Online’s Emmanuel Gomez talked with Robert Rodriguez. He is responsible for some amazing features like Desperado and From Dusk Til Dawn. Not to mention film credits for Sin City, Alita Battle Angel, and Spy Kids. Now he takes on this concert cinematic experience.

During our conversation, we were able to relate to the fact that both of us were introduced to Eilish’s music via our daughters. He describes what kind of amazing artist Eilish is and his experience working with her.
