It’s been back and forth for a couple of weeks now on just when we will see the first trailer or teaser for Avengers 4. Rumor has it that something could drop tomorrow and if not that it will at least drop prior to the holidays. I don’t expect to see a full proper trailer for this so soon, instead, I am expecting something of a teaser.
The main thing I want is to finally discover what the hell the title of the movie will be after months of secrecy regarding it. Well, today’s latest rumor suggest I may well be disappointed. Collider‘s Steve Weintraub posted on Twitter that while he’s not 100% sure, he has heard a rumor that the reveal trailer may not actually reveal the title, after all, check it out.

Already breaking my rule from two days ago.
Hearing the first #Avengers4 trailer will not reveal the title.
Want to be clear I am not 100% on this. Which is why it is a tweet and not a story on @Collider
We should know if my source was right or wrong soon… pic.twitter.com/p91guVzJZm

I genuinely hope he’s wrong because this nonsense from Marvel has gone on too long. We are less than 5 months from the release and we still have no idea what the damn movie is called. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Unless the title is Electric Boogaloo or Secret of the Ooze then there is literally no reason to hold onto it for this long.
Of all the suggested or rumored titles so far I cannot fathom a single one that would require them to keep it secret for this long. We must take into account that this is an unverified single source rumor though, so as said above I’ll keep my fingers crossed that Weintraub’s source is a little off with this one.
