Our former Captain America is looking less “be all you can be (Army)” and more “forged by the sea (Navy)” with that stache. I love Chris Evans as Cap, but I really enjoy his bad guy characters as well. The trailer is full of action-packed scenes and lots of violence. Yay, violence! The book has great ratings so I’m thinking this film will be a fun watch.
The Synopsis
THE GRAY MAN is CIA operative Court Gentry (Ryan Gosling), aka, Sierra Six. Plucked from a federal penitentiary and recruited by his handler, Donald Fitzroy (Billy Bob Thornton), Gentry was once a highly-skilled, Agency-sanctioned merchant of death. But now the tables have turned and Six is the target, hunted across the globe by Lloyd Hansen (Chris Evans), a former cohort at the CIA, who will stop at nothing to take him out. Agent Dani Miranda (Ana de Armas) has his back. He’ll need it.
The movie also stars Regé-Jean Page, Jessica Henwick, Wagner Moura, Dhanush, Julia Butters, and Alfre Woodard. There are a lot of big names in this film. The Russo brothers are directing and Joe Russo wrote the screenplay along with Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely.
