With the fallout between Disney and Sony, it’s not likely we’ll see the Merc with the Mouth and your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man on screen together anytime soon, which is an absolute shame. We knew at some point Ryan Reynolds would weigh in on the situation in one way or another, and he did not disappoint.

When a fan tweeted to Ryan Reynolds, who plays Deadpool, asking him if the moviegoing public could get a Deadpool/Spidey team up film, Reynolds replied with a near perfect answer, that was somehow both snarky, and touching all at the same time.

You can check it out due South of this sentence, if say, you were looking at a map.

Yes Mr. Reynolds, we can absolutely see it there (legend has it that through the heart of Keanu Reeves one can view The Matrix sequels that are as good as the original film).

I think Deadpool is actually one of Disney’s most valuable bargaining chips.  At least I think he’s more valuable than most people do. A Spider-Man/Deadpool film would make a lot of lose our s**t in the best way possible, as well as bringing in, as Deadpool would say, “A f**kton of money. Two of the mouthiest characters around, on screen together, the two of them going back and would forth in such a beautifully magical, and awkward way. It would be like if Hugh Jackman’s ********* were ****** in ******* and made into a ********* ******’s ******.
