Sabikui Bisco, or Rust-Eater Bisco, is an amazing anime that’s filled with so much craziness in every episode, I’ve needed a second watch for them all. But, luckily, I’m starting to get my bearings with the show. Funimation and Crunchyroll have announced the cast for the English dub for Sabikui Bisco. In the Malone house, we stick with what we start with, sub or dub. But with this cast, I really want to try the series in English as well.
The Sabikui Bisco Synopsis
An archer roams post-apocalyptic Japan where nothing but rust remains, in search of a legendary fungus that can devour all corrosion.
The series has cast Kyle Igneczi as Bisco, Brandon McInnis as Milo, and Anastasia Munoz as Pawoo. Also starring is David Novinski as Jabi, Brittney Karbowski as Tirol, and Josh Putnam as Kurokawa. McInnis and Igneczi were both in in Dr. Stone as Gen Asagiri and Carbo. Munoz and Karbowski both were in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood and A Certain Scientific Railgun. Karbowski’s character, Mikoto Misaka is also in it’s sister series, A Certain Magical Index.

I’m really excited to see Sabikui Bisco in English because of Brandon McInnis and Brittney Karbowski. They both have starred in many anime that Kyle and I have enjoyed. We’ve loved Karbowski in Railgun and Index, Is This a Zombie?, and B Gata H Kei and McInnis in Dr. Stone and SSSS.Gridman. Also, I swear McInnis is Man God in Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation, but I’ve looked and he doesn’t have credit for it… yet. I know that’s him. I can feel it. It has to be. The next episode of Bisco is out and I can’t wait to see it! Also, check out the Anime-Versal Reviews podcast. We are currently reviewing Sabikui Bisco.
What do you think of the English cast of Sabikui Bisco? Are you enjoying the series?
