If you had a chance to check out The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina on Netflix this past weekend, you’ll know that the streaming service decided to go all-in on the whole dark aspect of the show. No, Sabrina and her aunts aren’t just witches, but they’re actually Satanists in that they worship Satan — or the Dark Lord, as they usually call him. By becoming a witch at the age of 16, you sign your name in the dark book and become a servant to him.
Upon attending the academy for witches and warlocks in the show, we are shown into the main lobby, which comes complete with an eerie-looking statue portraying the physical embodiment of the Dark Lord himself, who we saw earlier in the show. Well, it turns out that statue may be infringing on the copyright of the Baphomet statue, is owned by the Satanic Temple.

They are not taking this matter lightly, and Lucien Greaves, co-founder and spokersperson for the Satanic Temple, is not taking this matter lightly, as he revealed on Twitter.
“Yes, we are taking legal action regarding #TheChillingAdventuresofSabrina appropriating our copyrighted monument design to promote their asinine Satanic Panic fiction.”
When told that this is the best way to get your religion advertised, Greaves vehemently disagreed.
“Having one’s central icon associated with human sacrifice in an evil patriarchal cult is hardly good exposure and hardly a frivolous complaint. Fighting this bullshit is the heart of “the cause.”
But how similar are the designs? Well, because we don’t want to get sued, we can’t share it on the site, but you can CLICK HERE if you want to check it out for yourself.
