Ryan Kawnten in Section 8 directed by Christian Sesma

Christian Sesma loves his action films. From his films Paydirt to Vigilante Diaries, he offers stories of a take-no-prisoners approach from a hero navigating through explosive actions. In his latest film, Section 8, is another one of his action films with plenty of star power.

The film stars Ryan Kwanten (True Blood), Dolph Lundgren (Rocky IV), Dermot Mulroney (My Best Friend’s Wedding), Scott Adkins (The Expendables 2), and Micky Rourke (The Wrestler). Semsa directed the film from the screenplay by Chad Law (Black Water) and Josh Ridgway (Howlers).

Here is the official synopsis:

After avenging the murder of his wife and child, a former soldier (Ryan Kwanten) is sent to prison with a life sentence. He’s given a shot at freedom when a shadowy government agency recruits him for an off-the-books assignment. He soon realizes Section 8 isn’t what it seems.
