Slaxx Trailer Shows Off A Pair of Killer Jeans (Literally)

Over a decade ago, one of the weirdest comedy horror movies came in the way of Rubber about a tire that explodes people’s heads. The concept is so unique that no one has seen another serial killer in the form of an inanimate object on a screen for quite a while.

Now Slaxx introduces a vicious pair of jeans. Yup, a piece of fabric that everyone waiting to die for.

The Canadian horror-comedy displays plenty of blood and gore as the villainous skinny jeans go on a murderous path against its customers and night-shift staff at a trendy boutique clothing store.

The film stars Romane Denis (Slut in a Good Way), Sehar Bhojani (The Handmaid’s Tale), Brett Donahue (Private Eyes), and Stephen Bogaert (The Umbrella Academy). Elza Kephart (Graveyard Alive) directed the project from a script written by her and Patricia Gomez.

It looks like a cheesy horror film but in a fun cult-like way. No doubt horror fans will constantly play this horror cliché film over and over again for the exaggerated deaths. Too bad there are probably no exploding heads in the mix, but plenty of severed body parts and strangulation. Can’t wait to check it out.

Slaxx releases on the Shudder streaming network on March 18.
