Solo: A Star Wars Story: Deleted Scene Shows Han Being Kicked Out Of The Imperial Flight Academy

Another deleted scene from Solo: A Star Wars Story has been released. The video shows Han during one of his Imperial flight runs, disobeying an order and being kicked out of the academy. The video also briefly shows the popular EU characters, Tag and Bink (who unfortunately didn’t make it in the film in any capacity). This Star Wars duo is known for either being present at, or haphazardly causing major events in the Star Wars universe. You can check out the video above.

While the scene doesn’t add a whole lot, it is nice to see Han being kicked out of the academy for playing by his own rules. After watching it, I really wish they would have left it in the final cut. It is believed that the scene was in all versions of the script but it ended up being cut by Ron Howard. Considering the film’s production issues, Solo: A Star Wars Story didn’t turn out half bad. It didn’t necessarily blow fans away, but many found it far more comforting than The Last Jedi. Unfortunately, the it is unlikely, at least for the time being, that fans will get more solo Solo films.
