When I first heard that there was going to be a Sonic the Hedgehog movie, I was skeptical on it’s success. Video game adaptations have been problematic. But the Sonic movie was really good. It was very funny and it left me looking forward to the sequel. We will be getting Sonic the Hedgehog 2 in the spring and now we have an awesome looking poster.

At the end of Sonic, we get to see Tails and back in April, Knuckles was spotted on the set of Sonic 2. Ben Schwartz will be returning as Sonic, James Marsden as Tom, Tika Sumpter as Maddie, and Jim Carrey as Dr. Robotnik. Shemar Moore and Idris Elba will be joining the cast.

After settling in Green Hills, Sonic is ready for more freedom, and Tom and Maddie agree to leave him home while they go on vacation. But, no sooner are they gone, when Dr. Robotnik comes back, this time with a new partner, Knuckles, in search for an emerald that has the power to both build and destroy civilizations. Sonic teams up with his own sidekick, Tails, and together they embark on a journey to find the emerald before it falls into the wrong hands. Being directed by Jeff Fowler, and starring Jim Carrey, James Marsden, and Ben Schwartz.
