Sony Releases Spider-Man: Far From Home Official Logo

If you’ve been keeping track, you’ll already know that the official title for the next Spider-Man film from Marvel Studios and Sony is called Spider-Man: Far From Home — a title that keeps up the “home” trend started by its predecessor Spider-Man: Homecoming. When the title was first announced, we saw our first glimpse of the actual logo when Tom Holland waved around his tablet, but now, Sony Pictures has released the official hi-res images of the logo.

Check them out down below:

I tell you what, though. My personal favorite was this third bit of marketing:

Oh, wait, sorry. I guess I got that mixed up.

This isn’t the biggest surprise in terms of visuals. It has the same exact fonts as the original one for both “Spider-Man” and its subtitle, making for a very consistent aesthetic. They even have the “o” in “Home” look like Spidey’s mask, just as it was in Homecoming. The only real difference in look I can see is int he color of the background. Rather than going for a more standard blue, they went for a darker blue…does this mean things will be getting darker for Peter? We’ll have to see.

Given what Peter’s already been through in Avengers: Infinity War, it makes sense that he’d be dealing with some dark repercussions in its aftermath. I get the suspicion that this will basically be the Iron Man 3 of Spider-Man’s story, where he deals with all the events that took place, as well as his new understanding of the universe.

What do you think of the logo? Let us know down below!
