We are a little over a month away from the release of what is supposed to be the final film in Marvel Cinematic Unvierse’s Phase 3. This will be the sequel to Spider-Man: Homecoming titled Spider-Man: Far From Home. This will be the first time we see the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man aka Peter Parker played by Tom Holland, since the events that he went through in both Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame. Although we have already seen a few trailers giving us a good idea of what to expect, today via YouTube we have a new TV spot with some new footage. You can check it out above!
We know from way back in Captain America: Civil War that Tony Stark, played by Robert Downey Jr., and Peter Paker had formed a relationship that came to a tragic end by the end of Avengers: Endgame. But as we can see in the clip above, that close friendship with Stark has left Parker with a ton of pressure to possibly take over for Iron Man something he does not believe he can do. People like Happy, played by Jon Favreau, and Nick Fury, played by Samuel L. Jackson, are not making it any easier on him.
On one side, Happy tells Parker that Tony would not have sacrificed himself if he didn’t have the confidence that Parker as Spider-Man could handle things. On the other side Fury basically tells him that Tony made him an Avengers so this is his responsibility. Meanwhile, all Parker can think about his how much he wants to tell MJ, played by Zendaya, how he feels about her, you know normal teenager stuff. It looks like it’s going to be a very emotional film for Parker and we’ll see how he handles that and the discovery of a multiverse.
