I know it surprises no one to learn that we’ll be getting a brand-new suit in the upcoming film Spider-Man: Far From Home. Marvel’s gotta have those toys, and the best way to get those toys is to create new suits. Over the course of the four films Spider-Man has been in so far in the MCU, we’ve already seen three different suits — the homemade suits, the standard suit, and the Iron Spider suit. Now, in this movie, he’s set to have two more.

The most eye-catching suit we’ve seen in the trailers is the Stealth Suit. This one very much feels like something developed by S.H.I.E.L.D…and it turns out it is! According to a new video from IGN, the suit was indeed loaned to Peter by Nick Fury, and it very much looks like it’s out of some special ops movie.

Holland himself describes the suit as “Captain America-like,” though I honestly can’t tell why. I guess he could be referring to the suit he wore in Captain America: The Winter Soldier, as that one had a more muted style and tone. Either way, it does look all kinds of badass, and I can’t wait to see it in action…even if it doesn’t really have any capabilities.

As Holland himself revealed before, the main purpose of that suit is, indeed, stealth. It’s a way for him not to get caught as Spider-Man while abroad. Since we’ve already seen plenty of footage of Spidey swinging around Europe, I am interested to see how they work this into the plot.
