Star Wars: Episode IX is on its way. There are a lot of mixed feelings about this film and I personally am very wary about it. The Last Jedi left the fandom split almost in half between those that loved the film and those that hated it. There is a middle group that likes some parts and hates other parts… that’s where I fit in. No matter how one feels about the franchise, we’re always on the lookout for more information. Maybe it’ll give us a sense of being right or leave us elated at being wrong, but we seek the information no matter what.
A few days ago our very own Seth McDonald covered a scene description from a purported leak. Now we have some leaked dialogue to go with it. In the scene with Rey, Poe, and Finn the leak states:
Rey says “It’s too dangerous, I’m going alone.” Poe then says “We’ll go together.”

Not too much there, I know, but it does give some credibility to past leaks about Rey being with the other heroes more than the past two films. Let’s just hope that rumor about her and Rose Tico having an adventure together is wrong. The Rose character has been one of the most pointless characters in the entire franchise, to no fault of the actress though. I do want to see our heroes together more in this final film. Keeping them together means we can have a more focused movie and spend more time on the main story versus going to casino planets to let loose animals that will be recaptured while leaving the sentient children slaves behind.
