Star Wars Jedi: Survivor Trailer Revealed At The Game Awards

Cal Kestis actor Cameron Monaghan confirms they're working on a Jedi: Survivor sequel at a recent convention appearance.

The long-awaited trailer for Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is finally here! It was released at this year’s The Game Awards on Thursday. This is a sequel from the 2019 action-adventure game developed by Respawn Entertainment and published by Electronic Arts titled, Star Wars: Fallen Order. Check out the trailer below!

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor looks fantastic. The trailer focuses on our returning hero Cal Kestis. Apparently, it has been five years between the events of the first game and this one. It’s also noteworthy to mention that it takes place ten years after Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith.

Cal has become stronger and a more powerful Jedi Knight. In the trailer we see him showcase a variety of different lightsaber and force abilities. An ability that will quickly become one of my favorites is dual-wielding lightsabers. But the move that impressed me the most was when Cal picks up the Stormtrooper and forces him to shoot the other troopers, only to be cut down in the end by a lightsaber.

Cal has a new look as is appropriate for any new game. One of his former crew members Cere makes an appearance. But she doesn’t seem to be traveling with him. BD-1 on the other hand is all in on the adventure.
