It’s finally here, ladies and gents. After years of us pining and pining for one, we’re actually getting a Star Wars series. Of course, we’re talking about The Mandalorian, which is created by Jon Favreau and has all sorts of amazing talent attached to it, including the great Pedro Pascal, who is playing the titular Mandalorian.

At Star Wars Celebration, lucky fans were treated to plenty of footage. It’s now months later, and us general audiences are finally getting our actual first look!

Below is the official synopsis for The Mandalorian:

“After the stories of Jango and Boba Fett, another warrior emerges in the Star Wars universe. The Mandalorian is set after the fall of the Empire and before the emergence of the First Order. We follow the travails of a lone gunfighter in the outer reaches of the galaxy far from the authority of the New Republic.”
