Starz’s Blindspotting | Dante Basco, April Absynth, and Lance Holloway on the Filipino Episode

Dante Basco in Blindspotting

Despite being the Halloween episode, the fourth episode in season two of Blindspotting can easily be considered as its Filipino episode.

With Jacque and Cuddie’s relationship blossoming, Jacque decided to have Cuddie meet her Filipino family with a tiny surprise of Rufio from Hook.

Here is the description of the episode:

Swordfighting pirates, a chalice full of cheese, and a night full of Frights, in the fourth episode of Blindspotting. Ashley, Trish, Janelle, and Earl head out to celebrate Halloween in Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and find some understanding along the way. Meanwhile, Jacque (April Absynth) introduces Cuddie (Lance Holloway) to her Filipino family at the annual costume party. After being tricked into dressing as a pirate for the party, Cuddie is challenged to a duel by Jacque’s father, the real-life Rufio, Dante Basco, who, for obvious reasons, hates pirates.

The episode cast includes Jasmine Cephas Jones, Benjamin Earl Turner, and Candace Nicholas-Lippman.
