What a controversial horror film Terrifier 2 has been. You’ve either loved it or hated it. When by hate it, I mean reports of audience members fainting and vomiting during the theatrical showings. With this kind of buzz, you know that it will pique the interest of some that believe they can handle anything. Or just to see if it’s really worth all the fuss. Regardless, Terrifier 2 has grossed over $5.2 million in just three weeks at theaters with limited showings. Now, Art the Clown is ready to come back to your home.
It has been announced today that Terrifier 2 will be slashing its way onto the SCREAMBOX streaming service on October 31. The physical copy of the film is also now available for pre-order which will be released in December. The Blu-ray Collectors’ Edition will be available through Amazon. While the Limited Edition Steelbook will be available through Walmart.

Terrifier 2 is an uncut, ultra-gory indie slasher film by writer/director Damien Leone. The demonic killer, Art the Clown, is played by the returning David Howard Thornton. The film introduces Lauren LaVera as Sienna. She is being hailed as the next “Final Girl”. Returning to the franchise is Samantha Scaffidi, who will reprise her role as Victoria Hayes. Along with horror icon Felissa Rose and an appearance by AEW star, Chris Jericho.
Here is the synopsis for Terrifier 2:
Following his gruesome demise in the first film, a sinister presence has brought Art the Clown back to life to rein terror on the residents of Miles County in Terrifier 2. On Halloween night, he returns to the unassuming town and sets his sights on fresh prey: a teenage girl and her little brother, portrayed by LaVera and Elliott Fullam, respectively.
This gruesome sequel is still playing in some theaters but will be available streaming on SCREAMBOX on Halloween.
