Nothing is more romantic than taking a Spanish cooking class, as portrayed in That’s Amor. Gregory Zarian stars along with Riley Dandy and Isaac Gonzalez Rossi in this film that currently streaming on Netflix.
Zarian plays one-half of a gay couple learning to cook delicious meals while witnessing a young woman falling in love with a chef’s assistant.
It also stars Nancy Lenehan, Bryan Craig, Kimberly Drummond, Christina Moore, John Ducey, Arlene Tur, and Paul Witten.
Here is the plot synopsis:
When Sofia’s (Riley Dandy) life gets turned upside down, she finds herself unemployed, single and broken (her ankle, that is) right before her thirtieth birthday. She heads home to recuperate with her divorced mother, but mom Lainie (Nancy Lenehan) has other plans. When Mom drags Sofia to attend a local cooking class, she meets the charming Mattias (Isaac Gonzalez Rossi), a young chef visiting from Spain. Sparks begin to fly over paella and sangria, leading Sofia to have to make one of the biggest decisions of her young life.

LRM Online’s Gig Patta spoke with actor Gregory Zarian on his supporting role in the film That’s Amor. We discussed his cooking skills, acting alongside Paul Witten, and his love for food and romance.
Gregory Zarian is an award-winning actor, model, and host. Recently, he was seen in the third season of the HBO series Westworld and the feature film 86 Melrose Avenue. In 2020, he was nominated for the Daytime Emmy Award in the “Outstanding Performance by a Supporting Actor in a Digital Drama” for his role in the web series Venice the Series. Also, he is in the pilot episode of the live-action series Mystery Incorporated, based on the characters from Scooby-Doo, Where Are You? Also, he had recurring roles in Days of Our Lives and General Hospital with guest starring in Entourage, Criminal Minds, Bones, Castle, Revenge, and The Mentalist.
That’s Amor is currently streaming on Netflix.
