The 69th annual Emmy awards were held Sunday night with The Handmaid’s Tale taking home eight awards including, Outstanding Drama Series and Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series. On the comedy side of things, Veep took home the Emmy for outstanding Comedy Series and Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series.
