The Argument is very relatable for couples. Both sides have their own experiences and their point of view. Therefore, they draw their conclusions.
To prove a point, the couple invites back all their friends over to re-create the evening scene to prove a point.
The film stars Dan Fogler (Fantastic Beasts), Emma Bell (The Walking Dead), Danny Pudi (Mythic Quest), Maggie Q (Live Free Die Hard), Cleopatra Coleman (In the Shadow of the Moon), and Tyler James Williams (Dear White People). Other supporting cast members include Charlotte McKinney (Fantasy Island), Karan Brar (Diary of a Wimpy Kid), Marielle Scott (Lady Bird), Nathan Stewart-Jarrett (Mope), and Mark Ryder (Borgia).
Robert Schwartzman (Dreamland, The Unicorn) directed the film from a script written by Zac Stanford.

Here’s the brief synopsis:
The Argument follows Jack (Fogler) and his girlfriend, Lisa (Bell), as they get into an argument during a get together with some friends over wine and charcuterie in their apartment. As the argument escalates, the party comes to an end, and all their friends leave—but the party isn’t really over. Jack and Lise recreate the party over and over again—with all their guests—in order to figure out who was right.
The first trailer released for The Argument looks hilarious nearly in an off-beat Groundhog Day of a certain event.
