There was a The Batman test screening yesterday and since then a few details have come out about what was shown. We also have a DC Fandome teaser for The Batman which was released today. In That teaser we can hear Robert Pattinson’s voice as Batman for the first time. First though, let’s talk about The Batman test screening.

According to multiple sources, the movie was still a rough cut with unfinished VFX and no music. It was also around 3 hours long, and will likely be cut more for release. However insider ViewerAnon also spoke to someone who was in attendance and got a few story details for us to consider. Check them out below.

All of this sounds great so far, Seemingly the WB suits who were in attendance at the test screening were also pleased with the audience’s reactions. The rest of us however will have a fair bit of time yet to wait. The Batman is due for release on March 4th, giving them plenty of time to get a finished edit of the movie ready.

Interesting! I wonder if fans will be as critical of Battinson’s voice as they were for Christian Bale. Personally I thought it made sense for Bale and it never annoyed me. However I guess we all have our own opinions on who our favorite Batman actors are,. So far, mind has been Bale. However I do have hope Pattinson may be even better, fingers crossed.

I’m definitely more of a Marvel fan than a DC fan and always have been. However, with the exception of Batman. The Bat has always been and likely always will be my number one superhero. I’m therefore really excited to see this version for the first time in The Batman.
