The Book of Boba Fett Disney+ show announced for December, 2021! Read on for more details.

If you read LRM regularly you probably already knew about the upcoming Boba Fett show. LRM were the first to exclusively reveal Fett was getting his own show. However, since then we had heard elsewhere it would be a prequel mini-series. Most fans were slightly confused when the Fett show was not named during the Disney Investor Day. I guess now we know why?

There are no SPOILERS for The Mandalorian finale here, so fear not. I will be getting into that elsewhere today. However, there was an after credit scene, which again I won’t discuss, but the key point is this. A show called The Book of Boba Fett was announced and this show will debut in December, 2021.

Finally we have some confirmation on what we pretty much already knew. Still no official word on whether The Book of Boba Fett is a prequel mini-series like we’ve heard recently. However seen as that information came from Trades, it is unlikely to be false. Honestly, although we were first to reveal a Fett show was coming, we had no other details. So the whole prequel/mini-series angle was never from this end.

Again, I feel like speculating about what The Book of Boba Fett will be is treading on spoilers. How can you discuss what you think comes next, without talking about what happened in The Mandalorian Season 2 finale? So I will leave that talk for something a little more SPOILER tagged. However, let us know what you think of the idea of seeing more Boba Fett on Disney+.
