Get a load of The Boys Season 2!

Last year, Amazon Prime premiered The Boys during San Diego Comic-Con. It was met with both fan and critical acclaim. While we’ve had plenty of projects dissect superheroes in one way or another (Zack Snyder’s Watchmen comes to mind), this one did so with a bloody grin on its face. Audiences fell in love with its violent streak and its fun attitude. It created a world full of capes with just too much freedom to do whatever they wanted.

And fans have eagerly awaited what was to come in the next season of prime cable TV. The streaming service has done a good job at drip-feeding us content. From the teaser months ago, to the one during San Diego Comic-Con @ Home. Now, they have unleashed a full, three-minute trailer for fans to take in, along with a couple of posters.

If this trailer is anything to go off of, the battle between the superheroes and the Boys is about to heat up. Stormfront makes her plan clear to her followers and allies that the way to win this war is just to go all-out on getting more superheroes. That being said, I get the impression that there’s more to Stormfront than meets the eye, and even she seems to be getting on Homelander’s bad side.
