The Changed | Jason Alan Smith Interview [Exclusive]

Jason Alan Smith in The Changed

In the indie film The Changed, the idea of a virus manipulating people’s minds and controlling them isn’t farfetched with what society is going through today. For better or for worse, Jason Alan Smith loved the idea of supporting free will and acting alongside his wife, Carlee Avers, in this sci-fi thriller.

The film also stars Clare Foley (Sinister) and Tony Todd (Candyman). Michael Mongillo wrote and directed the movie.

Here is the official synopsis for The Changed:

Something has taken possession of the hearts and minds of the populace. Kim (Clare Foley), Mac (Jason Alan Smith), and Jane (Carlee Avers) try to convince themselves it’s paranoia, but before long the city is besieged by “the changed.” By the time they realize an alien intelligence has merged with their neighbor, Bill (Tony Todd), a horde of “the changed” is amassing outside their suburban home.
