The Garcias is now streaming on HBO Max! Do some of these characters look familiar? That might be because this is a reboot of the Nickelodeon series, The Brothers Garcia that aired from 2000 -to 2004. It is a special series as it was the first English-language sitcom that had an all Latino cast and creative team. In this new series, we see each of the siblings now with families and careers. To get to know them better why not use a summer beach house in Mexico?
In The Garcias we see the two Garcia brothers enjoying their summer down south. But things start getting crowded as more and more family start to show up. As the series develops we see that each branch of the Garcias has a different situation that will make audiences easy to find someone to relate to. We see clashes with different ways of living due to culture or having been brought up in a different generation. How each of their careers impacts their families. As well as the importance of communication with one another.
