The Gods 2: The Dark Side Available Now On Tubi

The Gods 2: The Dark Side

Last week was the release of Echelon Studios’ latest feature film, The Gods 2: The Dark Side from acclaimed actor and director-screenwriter Mykel Shannon Jenkins. The film is available free of cost via Tubi.

This film is a sequel to Jenkins’ 2017 feature film, The Gods, which saw Jenkins in the lead role of Mickey James with Stefania Spampinato as Sofia Fasano. This film can be seen as a modern-day version of Romeo and Juliet. James is a street hustler that ends up going to work for the wrong family, the Fasanos. He wins the heart of Sofia, the mob boss’ daughter, and secretly gets married. What happens to them after that secret is exposed?

That film is also available on Tubi for free so binge-watching both is an option. Here is the trailer for the new sequel, The Gods 2: The Dark Side.

Here is the synopsis for The Gods 2: The Dark Side provided by Echelon Studios

Following the death of the love of his life, Mikey James (Mykel Shannon Jenkins) comes back from hiding to pay old debts, only to be fighting for survival against his old enemy Anthony Fasano (Kevin Interdonato), awaiting his return.

“The Gods 2 has been an amazing collaboration between cast and crew to create a thrilling story we hope audiences will love. It has been an incredible experience to reprise the role of Mikey and a joy to continue to tell his story,” said Jenkins.
