In the documentary, The Pitch: Patient Safety’s Next Generation, director Mike Eisenberg explores the possibilities of a few entrepreneurs paving the way with new technologies to reduce human errors in the current healthcare system.

Mike Eisenberg made his full-length documentary directorial debut in 2019 with To Err Is Human: A Patient Safety Documentary. Currently, he is promoting a movement for patient safety. In 2006, he was drafted by the Cleveland Indians for Major League Baseball.
