The Walking Dead- Darryl Blames Rick For The Changes In New Season 9 TV Spot

A new TV spot for AMC’s The Walking Dead has been released. The video shows the familiar group one and a half years after the events of last season, trying to rebuild, once again. There is definitely going to be conflict within the group this season. As most of you know both Maggie and Darryl were not happy with the decisions Rick made last season. You can check out the video above.

Throughout the promo material you can see the tension within the group building, Rick is not as respected as he once was, and these issues will certainly come to a ahead at some point during Season 9. Of course the exits of both Lauren Cohan’s Maggie and Andrew Lincoln’s Rick Grimes are going to be a big part of the season, specifically, how, when, and why the two characters will go out. Will they be killed off, or simply move on?

One of the more interesting parts of the video, at least to me, was Darryl telling Rick he was the one that changed things, obviously disagreeing with Rick’s leadership. Darryl has been Rick’s right hand man throughout most of the show, though now, that doesn’t seem to be the case.
