It has finally arrived, the trailer for the sequel to the 2009 hit Zombieland.  The sequel, Zombieland: Double Tap brings back the originacast that includes Academy Award nominees Woody Harrelson, Abigail Breslin, and Jesse Eisenberg, along with Oscar winner Emma Stone.

New additions tot he cast include Luke Wilson, Rosario Dawson, Thomas Middleditch and Zoey Deutch. It appears as if our location named characters have setup their headquarters in the White House, though it doesn’t look like they’ll be staying for long.

The original film was a breath of fresh air into the zombie genre. I’ve never been a huge fan of the genre though I do enjoy takes on it such Zombieland, and films like Shaun of the Dead. Zombieland: Double Tap looks like a lot of fun, the old crew is back as well as some new friends, should be good.

In the sequel, written by Rhett Reese & Paul Wernick and Dave Callaham, through comic mayhem that stretches from the White House and through the heartland, these four slayers must face off against the many new kinds of zombies that have evolved since the first movie, as well as some new human survivors. But most of all, they have to face the growing pains of their own snarky, makeshift family.”
