While actor Dave Bautista has already come to the defense of James Gunn in reference to him being fired from Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 for decade old offensive tweets, today more of the cast commented on the situation. First up, Chris Pratt, who simply tweeted a verse from the Bible which conveys the message of take a breath and examine the situation, and don’t be too quick to react. I don’t know Pratt personally, but I get the feeling he is a stand up gut, and this seems like an expected response from him.
“Understand this, my dear brothers and sisters. Let every person be quick to listen, slow to speak, slow to anger.”

Zoe Saldana took more of a neutral approach.
It’s been a challenging weekend I’m not gonna lie. I’m pausing myself to take everything in before I speak out of term. I just want everyone to know I love ALL members of my GOTG family. Always will.

Tweeting a similar response to Zoe Saldana, Karen Gillan, who plays Nebula in the Guardians franchise, didn’t address the content of the tweets, and just tweeted support in a positive manner.
Love to every single member of my GOTG family.

Bautista was far more vocal than the rest of the cast, as far as expressing his feelings on the situation, you can check out what Bautista had to say here. The above tweets seem more obligatory than anything else, as if to say they are aware of what is going on, but choose not to convey an opinion on the matter. Perhaps as time goes on they will comment further. Bradley Cooper, who plays Rocket Raccoon in the Guardians series, has yet to comment.
