Ever since 1989 when Michael Keaton and Tim Burton brought us the most accurate version of Batman we had seen, the films of the Caped Crusader have become a huge part of nerd culture. Even the casting of the role as the franchise is rebooted has become something of an event, sort of like the geek version of casting James Bond.

Well, starting on Monday TNT will be letting the bat loose with a week-long marathon of the Dark Knight. Marathons are fun, I don’t really sit and watch from beginning to end, but it’s nice to flip back to the channel and catch an iconic scene.
