According to the latest Barside Buzz Tom Holland’s Spider-Man will still have a large role in the new Avengers: Doomsday movie. It was heavily rumored that Holland’s Spider-Man would essentially be the lead of the previous Avengers: The Kang Dynasty that Doomsday has replaced. So whether that would remain the same with Doomsday was unknown. Now however, scooper Daniel RPK claims that he’s been told Holland has a big role in Doomsday. Bigger than he did in either Infinity War or Endgame. Which, pretty much reads to me that he’s one of the leads.
RPK claims that Spider-Man 4 and Doomsday will be filming around the same time and Holland will jump between both. Whilst never confirmed Spider-Man 4 is rumored to be the next MCU movie to release post-Doomsday.
As you can see below we recently shared another rumor from RPK. Namely that Sony and Marvel are discussing a new deal. There’s one scooper I’m not currently covering claims a deal for a trilogy of movies is already agreed. However, I am guessing that may be a little too quick.

We don’t know much about what Doomsday will be about. However, we do have rumors about Spider-Man 4. Rumors are it will feature Tom Hardy’s Venom and Holland’s Spidey teaming up to fight Knull. Not a single person I know is excited about that by the way. However, hopefully Marvel Studios will make it work, if it’s true.
I did say in the article linked above that any new deal between Sony and Marvel would not effect this movie or the Avengers movies. All of that was covered previously it seems although Holland still had to agree to a contract.
It us currently unknown if Holland will appear in Secret Wars or not, we will need to wait for more rumors.
