Trailer For The New Comedy Film TAG Hits

You’re it! The trailer for the movie TAG has been released.

The film is based on the true story of a group of friends’ game of tag that has lasted over three decades. This is a pretty cool concept,  and that it is based on actual events, makes it even better. The classic children’s game of tag extends to this adult group of friends’, however, their version of the game lasts all throughout the month of May and proves to be much more intense. It appears as if the game really knows no bounds while it is in session. Weddings, funerals, the birth of a child, all fair game to tag someone.

Jeremy Renner’s character Jerry has yet to be tagged and remains undefeated, and from the trailer, he seems to be the rest of the group’s main target.

They could have very easily turned this into a cheesy horror film, but I am glad they went the way they did, the movie looks like a lot of fun. The film has a fantastic cast including, Jeremy Renner, Ed Helms, Jon Hamm, Hannibal Burress, Isla Fisher and Rashida Jones. The film is directed by Jeff Tomsic and was written by Rob McKittrick who is probably most well known for the classic comedy Waiting…, and Mark Steilen (Hall PassStuck on You).
