As you can see above, the trailer for Marvel Rising: Secret Warriors shows Captain Marvel assemble a team of young heroes. The trailer shows off the full team that include Ms. Marvel, Squirrel Girl, America Chavez, Inferno, Quake and Patriot. The have come together to confront a threat that the Marvel Universe was not prepared for.

Most of the characters have already been introduced via the animated web series Marvel Rising: Initiation, which also included Ghost-Spider ahead of the of the premiere of the film. Speaking of premiering, Marvel Rising: Secret Warriors will premiere simultaneously on Disney Channel and Disney XD on Sunday, September 30th.

This film stars Chloe Bennet as Quake, Milana Vayntrub as Squirrel Girl, Kathreen Khavari as Ms. Marvel, Kamil McFadden as Patriot, Tyler Posey as Inferno, BooBoo Stewart as Exile, Cierra Ramirez as America Chavez, Kim Raver as Captain Marvel, Ming-Na Wen as Hala, and Dee Bradley Baker as Tippy Toe and Lockjaw.

I love the idea of seeing these characters in a film, but based on this trailer I am not really sold on the animation. Still, it may be worth watching.
